Nothing, registration is free and beneficial to all. Thru our automated alert system you will be informed about:
•    People that have viewed your profile and what you are looking for. People may contact you directly or you approach them through our automated system
•    People that viewed your property and may be interested (you can contact them automatically)
•    Properties that may be of interest for you to view, buy, rent or swap

We are searching for world wide partners, real estate professionals and property owners. We have properties for sale, to let or to swap in all regions of the world. We may need you to handle a commercial activity in your area were we have properties in our portfolio. List now, list properties and start exchanging properties.

Photo, video, maps
Photo and video files can be added to a listing. Video files are stored in FLV format that allows site visitors view video files right on the site like on YouTube. If location of the property is indicated, it will be possible to view it on a map.
  View variants that match your criteria
Once you have created your own listing, you can use the option "View variants that match your criteria" and get a list of results according to your listing requirements. You will receive alerts (including SMS alerts) so that you can respond immediately to a potential candidate that has registered at Home Finders

When a new Home Finders Registrant has completed his or her profile the system will check if the input variants with your criteria and you will informed immediately about this potential lead.
People description
If you lease the property you can set the requirements for your future tenants, such as, age, gender, orientation, pets, material state tolerance to smoke, drinking, drugs . It goes without saying, you can set all these characteristics to a future buyer if you sell some exclusive property. If you have a database of users, you will be able to import it.

Members' notifications  
In order to make potential leads remember about you, there are now 25 system notifications by email. Some of them are:

Your profile contains a.o. a contact phone number. But members can also make use of internal mailbox system and online contact forms or choose to communicate only through a private email box within their free account and keep all other personal information private.

-    Slide-show is a paid option that will allow you to make your listing even more attractive with a series of photos displayed one-after-another. $10
-    Be the first and on top of every a listing in search results. Site visitors will view your profile always as the first. Your listing will be viewed hundreds of times per day. $10
-    Home Page and or selected region means the possibility of making your listing photo and greeting text appear on the main pages of the website. The listing becomes also "Leader of the region". Your listing will be viewed several hundreds of times per day $10

-    Home-Finders Match Maker Search. Home Finders will carry out a match making search through its worldwide listed profiles and compare with your criteria, create a short list of potential candidates for you to contact.
