Listing Fee — $0 There is no listing fee. You can list as many properties as you want. Interested clients will contact you directly (you will show all your contact details when you register and choose these to be public, yes, or no.) and make a deal with you. If you need help to sell, let, swap or exchange we, or one of our world-wide agents, will help you.

Success Fee — 2.0% The success fee is paid the seller when the sale / rental agreement / swap or exchange concludes successfully.

Success Fee Cap — $298 The success fee charged will never be greater than this cap.  The success fee or cap is payable to Home Finders when Home Finders would sell, let etc. the property directly to its own customers. When you sell, let the property etc. there is no fee. If we would bring you an interested party however that wants to buy, let etc. your property (we would communicate on that and you would agree, or not, with us that we brought you this interested party) which would turn into a sale for you we would be entitled to the fee. The purpose of Home Finders is to offer you an international audience for the properties that you list on this web site and that these international leads can contact and deal with you directly without our interference. You can request our assistance on any real estate deal that you want to complete such as finding you leads, buying partners, agents etc.

Success Fee Minimum — $0 There Is No Minimum, No Charge. No Cure - No Pay!

Home Finders Listing Upgrades:

Listing Featured on the Front Page — $9 Your listing will be featured on the front page of Home Finders for a to be defined period

Listing "Leader of the Region" $10/ month Always on top of your region.

Listing "Top of All Search Results" $15/month Always on top with all search results

Bonus Payments by Home Finders to YOU!

Home Finders pays you a bonus for each listing that you complete:
Each true listing that is completed by you for at least 30%: Bonus to you $1
Each true listing that is completed by you for at least for 60%: Bonus to you $2.5
Each true listing that is completed by you for at least for 90%: Bonus to you $5
*All listings will be checked upon their truthfullness and bonus payments can be offset against payments that may want to make for the promotion of your individual properties!
